Love this idea Kathryn. If only I'd had one when my girls were little. How much are they to buy from you? They'd make great gifts at baby showers or after baby arrives.

PS Love the blog!
I thought of selling them for about $10? Do you think that's a fair price? I don't want to overcharge, but I don't want to charge so little that it's not worth me making them. Thanks :)
ReplyDeleteMy comments don't seem to be posting I'll try again :-)
ReplyDeleteI just saw a very similar product in the UK Mother and Baby magazine for £19 - yes that's correct $40 AUSSIE for this sort of thing (probably the materials are organic or something but STILL!) I think your projected price seems fair - make sure you are considering not just your material costs but also your labour - how much is the time worth: sourcing the materials and then driving to get them then sitting and sewing the item!
